Having Trouble with Email Links and Attachments in the Weekly Email?
Email links and attachments usually open with Outlook and the Adobe Acrobat plug-in respectively, though you may be able to choose differently through your browser. If you use something other than Outlook or Outlook Express to view your email, just simply copy the email address from the "To" field of the email document that pops up, and then paste it into the "To" field of an email generated by whatever program you normally use for email.  If you're having trouble opening attachments found here, you probably need to download the most current version of Adobe Acrobat.  It is free and can be found by going to the Tools tab of your browser (Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer [IE]).  Then go to Manage Add-ons (IE) or Add-ons (Firefox). Apple users, Safari has a Tools tab with similar choices. See if Acrobat is listed.  If it is, you should see a way to update it.  In Firefox if it is not listed, you can use the search box on that page to find it and download it. In IE if Acrobat isn't listed, look at the bottom of the window for "Find more add-ons and extensions" and click that.  Once at Firefox's or IE's add-ons page you will need to browse for Acrobat.  Before clicking any download button, you should make sure that you're getting only Acrobat. Often, providers tack on other programs to download at the same time, such as Yahoo Toolbar or McAfee Security Scan Plus.  You will want to uncheck these optional downloads.
